« This was an amazing cabin. Beautiful inside and out.very clean and comfortable!The hosts were excellent with communication. »

« Hosts are Very easy to reach and helpful with educated answers to all my questions. The accommodations have everything you need. We hope to stay longer next time! The area suffered tremendous damage from Hurricane induced flooding last fall but community has shown their strength in overcoming such adversity. »

« This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well equipped. It is clean, quiet and close to West Jefferson and surrounding areas. If you are looking for someplace close to sightseeing or just need a place to relax and reset, this is it! »

« very clean and quaint! The cottage had everything you could possibly need and was well stocked with supplies . We did use the washing machine and it did not spin clothes very well. We had to hand wring them before drying. It was the retreat we were looking for. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the valley from the cabin are really good. Perfect for a family or a small group. Pets are allowed so that was a plus. It's secluded and away from the crowds. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated. Everything we could have needed was available. We just went to Ingles for food and cooked all our meals at the cabin. I fell in love with the screened in porch. I felt like i was in a tree house. My favorite spot was the outdoor couch. It's hard to believe it is early August and we could spend an entire day outside, even in the hot tub. »

« The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. »

« This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well. »

« Wren’s Nest was an absolute delight. Check-in was easy. Ryan, the host, was so prompt with answers to all questions. The rental is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped making it a joy to cook. The leather couch, chair, ottoman and bed were so comfortable providing much relaxation after a long hike on the Appalachian Trail. The owners spared no expense. Quality was a priority as well as detail throughout the entire property. We will definitely be back. Sue & Jim »

« Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see...
