'The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes.
