Nice restaurants within walking distance and the hotel in the restaurant was really good. Loved our room and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The lady in charge of breakfast is a gem. « The mattress on the bed was excellent, though the pillows could be better. The interior spaces were full of a huge array of fine antiques. The exterior spaces are under construction or in need of maintenance. Breakfast was a true Southern experience and a good fit if you are planning to bike the Virginia Creeper.
