« There was no management staff available in person—everything was handled through apps and text messages, which made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. The only staff I encountered on-site were janitorial and groundskeeping workers. The pool was small and NOT HEATED, making it too cold to use. As a result, around 20 guests—including children—were crowded into a small jacuzzi (maximum 6 persons), which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Overall, this was very disappointing...

« Great location. Only stayed here 1 night but staff was great. »

« Very good location. The hotel is convenient and nice. Two little issues : if I can understand an empty bar, the absence of water as courtesy is a mistake. The second point is the noisy machine close to the room (old refrigerator or clim) that brings the feeling being close to a diesel car at night. »

« We loved this hotel for its location, style, comfort, amenities, and the incredibly friendly staff. We will for sure be back. We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops, and the complimentary bikes (with helmets) provided for a fun excursion. »
