Beach grass - hidden on the Alten Strom, 2-4 people, modern, handicapped accessible

Without stairs or Steps reachable: our friendly ground floor apartments in the Atelier Am Strom. At ground level with a terrace and its own beach chair. Nice living room with dining area and cozy sitting area / sofa bed, TV, stereo radio / CD, WiFi (not always perfect and capable of streaming). Separate bedroom with double bed. Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Large, comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is barrier-free and also otherwise wheelchair-friendly. For a maximum of 3 people facing the courtyard.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.
