'Disgusting. The carpets were filthy, frayed and sticky in areas. The bathroom was not cleaned and there was hair and filth on the back of the toilet. The shower rod was pulled out of the wall and resting on the top of the shower ledge. While showering you had to be careful not to bump the curtain, because the whole rod would fall into the shower on top of you, old dirty shower curtain and all. The back door to the “patio” was stuck shut making the “patio” inaccessible. Not that I would go out...

'The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay.'

'This hotel is located in a great location for shopping near the outlets and getting to Rehoboth Beach. The staff was very friendly during our visit, parking was plentiful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Plus, the hotel looks like it has been renovated in recent years. However, we visited in early June, so the hotel wasn't fully occupied and traffic on the roads to the outlets and to and around the beach was manageable.'

'Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.'

'Arrived 40 minutes after check-in time to be told that our room would not be ready for another 15-20 minutes. Staff were friendly. The room did not get cold and tended to run on the warmer side- even when turned down to 65. Overall a clean and a decent place to stay.'

'Amazing stay, we booked the sand castle room & the room was perfect, quiet, full streaming services provided, a fire place, the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning!'
