Villa Capri Bernabei, Domus Romana with private swimmingpool

The property is a former winery from the end of the 19th century, consisting of a villa, large terraces, a tavern obtained from the former wine cellar, all surrounded by a beautiful park with numerous finds and ruins of Roman walls, a 12 x 6 private swimming pool, a wood gazebo and a brick barbecue.
Inside the park, about 1.5 hectares, there is also a small timeworn spa complex dating back to ancient Rome, consisting of 3 rooms with perfectly preserved mosaic floors.
The villa is surrounded by a park of 1.5 hectares, where you can relax by taking a swim in the pool, playing football on the soccer field, or playing table tennis in the tavern.
In the garden next to the pool, there is a gazebo where you can eat surrounded by Roman relics, which will make your holiday truly unique.
On the first floor there are two large terraces where you can admire the magnificent sunsets, read a book while sipping good wine or dine immersed in silence.

The Villa is a 5-minute drive from the center of Ciampino.
Ciampino International Airport is 10 minutes by car (4 kilometers).
In the surrounding area there are three wonderful golf courses: Golf Fioranello 5 km away, Castel Gandolfo Country Club 7 km away and Circolo del Golf Roma Acquasanta wich is the oldest golf club in Italy and is only 20 minutes by car from the Villa.
In 8 minutes on foot you will reach the train stop which in 15 minutes will take you directly to Roma Termini station.
The lake of Castel Gandolfo is only 10 km from the villa.

The swimming pool is open from 15th May to 30th September.
If requested by guests we can provide advice and suggestions on:
- private taxi service to and from airports or train stations
- dedicated guided tours to archeology sites or museums
- home dinner with chef
As requested by italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in italian.
Tourist tax is 2€ per day per person (max 10 days per person and for guest age equal or above 10 years), must be paid in cash upon check-in.
For stays equal to or longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning fee of € 350 must be paid in cash at check-in.
Sofa bed in the studio will be set up only for 9 or 10 guests bookings.
Late check-in after 09:00PM costs 50€ to be paid cash upon check-in.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
