- Great location, two blocks from Via Veneto, close to Borghese Gardens, Spagna metro. - Apartment was as pictured. I did not give it 5 stars for family-friendly because, although it is roomy, there is a lot of glass.- Monica arranged for our transport to and from the airport, and met us at the building. She showed us around. The apartment is well-kept, and there are rules to make sure it stays so. Contact Monica before using the washing machine (we didn’t use it).- Good hot water, good wifi, good air conditioning.- Monica is responsive. I texted her that we needed converter plugs for US to Italian. She texted back asking if she could drop them off the next day (it was night time). They were there when we got home from our outing.- Monica’s spoken English is limited, but we could communicate. Messaging in English is perfect.- We would stay here again.

Convenient apartment, nice neighborhood! Three of us enjoyed a week in Rome here before a cruise. This was a great place to stay to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome in a safe, walkable area. Monica was able to arrange airport pickup for us and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She has great pride in ownership and inspired us to care for her place. For a family or group of friends looking for an alternative to hotels, this was a good choice!

The property is very nice, clean, and a convenient location to reach many sites in Rome by either walking or ground transport if you prefer. It was ideal for the 4 of us for several days in Rome. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and helpful.

The apartment is fine. There is a tiny elevator that’s kind of a pain. The manager speaks very little English. Location is fine. There were just zero amenities. Not even napkins or paper towels. There is zero space in the bathroom to put any toiletries making it very hard to get settled. I mean just a shelf or cabinet would be nice. It doesn’t offer any balcony or outside area to sit. It’s fine just very basic.

Overall pretty good

Overall clean place. Had air conditioning and space for our group and was in a good place of town. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was helpful. Some things of note: Elevator is very narrow to get up, could not fit our stroller with our toddler in it. Several trips up and down to get the family and stroller down during our stay (we were 4 adults and toddler). At checkin we were then made aware about a tourist tax and asked for 6 euro cash per person per day (which I don’t remember reading about). Checkout time is 10am and we had a ride coming at 10am. Cleaning lady was there at 9:50am with us ready to change it over.

Location is quiet, away from crowds yet close enough to major sites to walk everywhere. Property is as described. Host Monica was responsive to requests. Check-in was easy. We booked the driver for the ride from FCO and all went well. Pleasant stay and would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bedrooms were large. There was a sign on the washing machine had a sign on it stating it was not to be used or you could be responsible for 600.00 in repairs. That should be taken off the amenities list as it was a requirement for us. Several lights need to be replaced in the ceiling. A/C remotes we not available. We had to call the host to unlock them from a closet.there were no instructions on how to operate the televisions.and we were unable to figure them out.
