La Mansardina

La Mansardina has a floor area of over 90 m², is located on the top floor of a small building, and enjoys natural light throughout the day.<br>The apartment consists of:<br><br>- A spacious entryway leading to the living room, which features a dining area for 4 people and a living area with a Smart TV. Access to a spacious balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Depending on the season, there are several pots of aromatic herbs that you can use in your cooking!<br><br>- A double bedroom equipped with a desk and an LCD TV with Fire Alexa, allowing you to connect to Netflix. You’ll also have a closet and drawers for your clothes. The room has a small private balcony.<br><br>- Single Room that can be used as a home office for remote work. Equipped with a single bed, dresser, built-in closet, and air conditioning. Access to a small private balcony. An extra single bed is available upon request.<br><br>- Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer (1.50 m), electric oven with baking sheets, toaster, moka pot, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker, microwave, blender, steamer, and other accessories.<br><br>- Bathroom with full amenities, shower, washing machine, hair dryer, first-aid kit, and a small courtesy kit.<br>The shower has an interior height of 185/187 cm.
