Our team is available 24/7 to assist guests. We offer travel planning support, including transfers, tours, private chef services, and restaurant reservations.

Upon request, we can arrange a transfer to/from the airport or station with our limousine service, Mercedes Viano, and trusted drivers.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement of 30 EUR applies, while for arrivals after midnight, a supplement of 60 EUR applies. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.



The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.


At check-in, you will be asked to present a photo ID and a credit card.


For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.
