« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. « Really property. For parking, underground, heated, it $20 Nightly on top room. Seems rather pricey! Maybe worth it in the winter time, still, pricey. Otherwise great place to stay. Walk accross street to St Marys or schuttle and then schuttle to Mayo. GONDA buildings. »

« We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable. »

« Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics! »

« The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them. »

« I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. « Dee Dee was so helpful with our stay. Construction all around and Dee Dee guided in easy to understand instructions. Property very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. And St. Mary’s hospital right across street, nice parking. »

« Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are small, the pool is small, and the "bar" is just a rollaway cart, and the "bartender" never showed up. The carpet in our room had stains on it. Breakfast is the same as you get from a Comfort Inn, but cost $19.50 per person. The best thing was the location, with many restaurants and shopping adjacent to the property. The staff were very friendly. »

« It was a very quiet hotel. Some long term maintenance needs to be completed such as fixing the water bubble above the shower in room 340. A deep clean of the rooms would also give a refreshing touch. But other than that it was a great stay! »
