« The breakfast is delicious. The shuttle to Mayo is terrific. Both the Tomâs take such good care of their customers. The kitchenâs are well equipped. Nice large refrigerator with even a dishwasher. Saves so much money by bringing your own food and not going out. The petâs price is great and do nice to have your pet with you. I have stayed here several times taking my mom to Mayo. Will not stay anywhere else! »

« HĂŽtel rĂ©cent, bien placĂ© et proche de toutes commoditĂ©s. Le sĂ©jour nâa pas trĂšs bien commencĂ© car on devait avoir un canapĂ©-lit pour nos enfants : il Ă©tait bien lĂ , mais pas dĂ©pliĂ© et lit pas fait. On a donc demandĂ© du linge de lit Ă lâaccueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mĂȘmesâŠ
Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette.
Le mĂ©nage et le changement de serviettes nâest pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problĂšme dans la salle de bain ; les lumiĂšres ne sâallumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« We love this hotel! Itâs so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our sonâs treatments. »

« The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy! »

« I had to travel to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for a week.and was given the name of the hotel as one choice close to the clinics I had to visit by the concierge service. It is connected via indoor skyway to the main outpatient Mayo campus, including the Gonda building.
The parking was very easy with direct acess to the hotel at the skyway level in the parking garage.
The hotel is modern, central to downtown, and has a fantastic, upscale onsite restaurant called Crave.
