'We had a great time on our spring break with grandkids. Staff were excellent. You can access the pool when it opens before check in on day of arrival. Lazy River including wave pool & water slides were great. Very close to MOA —so one evening we ate there at food court & went on rides there too. Arcade at GWL was also fun & dance nights in lobby were great for kids & bubble machines. Such a great time. On check out day—you can use pool & activities after checkout to closing. 'This was a very nice property. Rooms nice and clean. Staff have excellent customer service. Casino had plenty of options. Only downside was the water slides were closed early. And the pool doesn’t open until 5pm during the week. We were on spring break and wished there was more pool time. Bowling was fun. '

'Breakfast was great as well as happy hour. We had an issue with some unscheduled construction noise but when we made the front desk aware they did everything they could to fix the issue. We would recommend and will be staying her again. '

'They are doing construction right outside the hotel, it’s not the hotel‘s fault but the road drilling starts at 7:30 AM and is VERY loud. It’s right outside the window of the hotel.'

'The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake. '
