'The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was when we went down to breakfast they were out of coffee and some of the juices. No one checked on those. It was a nice quiet hotel to stay in.'

'The hotel is quite dated and there is no elevator. Be aware of this as you need to carry your own luggage up a dimly lit stairway. The striped carpet on the stairs is hazardous and I missed a step on my way down and nearly fell.'

'Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price'

'Electrical outlets totally inadequate and too few for ordinary needs. Table and counter surfaces not thoroughly cleaned. Hair dryer did not work. Tissue box in bathroom nearly empty. Handrail in stairwell had a supporting bracket torn loose from wall. No grab bar in the shower. Inadequate number of choices offered for breakfast.'

'Hotel was formally Hampton Inn. Now is Lakeville Inn. Still a nice place to stay clean rooms, nice breakfast, staff was helpful and courteous.'

'Clean, spacy rooms for budget price. I'd rather sleep here (driving 20 miles out) than on some overpriced place on the airport. Shares the parking lot with a nice bbq sports bar (eat there!!!) and some fastfood chains. 24h Walmart on the other side of the freeway.'

'Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. '

'Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say. 'The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated'
