My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room and continued to run until we checked out the next morning. Everything seemed clean enough… but was dingy. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were just lumps. It all needs to be replaced. But the linens seemed clean. Just not impressed with the whole experience.
