'Great place to stay'

'We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again.'

'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.'

'You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine.'

'When checking in, we were informed that we weren't staying in the main building. We were sent to another building that was run down and quite old. It was clean and fine for just a night's stay, but we didn't love that we were in an entirely different building and that wasn't disclosed on Expedia. Other than that, it was fine for the price.'

'We stayed on 2nd floor. Those rooms have large skylight in living room area. This did not work for the person trying to sleep on the couch bed because the room was very bright 5am-830pm. It's beautiful if u love sunshine and waking up early. In the bedroom part,the room can be dark to sleep in. Rooms were good size. We had 3 people and we were not crowded. There is no elevators but the stairs are not too terrible,and I have trouble with most stairs. The breakfast is decent, enough variety to get...

'The plumbing has problems. The room I was checked into on the 9th floor had a toilet that randomly ran & sometimes wouldn't flush because there was no water in the tank. Other times, even through there was water in the tank, the toilet still wouldn't flush. I was moved to another room, on the 10th floor this time. Toilet worked great, it was the shower that didn't. 'I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in...
