'The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. '

'April’s house was wonderful! In a great location and close to everything we needed. The home was spotless and very cute on the inside. It has a very big outdoor corner lot that is completely fenced. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you April!!!'

'The house was clean smelling, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. The floor in one of the rooms needs replacing. it was nice to have washer and dryer there. Its a convenient location, but I would not stay there again. '
