'We verbleven hier voor het King Biscuit festivsl in Helena Arkansas. Op zich een leuk hotel, maar voor ons was de afstand naar Helena te ver, dus de volgende keer wat dichterbij zoeken. '

'Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

'I was not happy with our room. Our room was not well cleaned. I found a bug in the bathroom. Paper on the floor by the door, when you first walk in. There was a old room key behind the chair. You can tell that no one mopped the floor. Also our sheets was nasty. For them to put white sheets on the bed and they couldn't see the blood on it, in two spots. The casino was great.'
