'Room was clean. Staff was friendly - not staff's fault as following policy, but wanting the customer to pay $50 to check in 15 minutes early is a little ridiculous. (I know they can't let everyone check in super early, but then waiting 25 minutes in line while 1 person tried to check in 10 people lined up to get their rooms is a little crazy). Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Juice machine broke, no milk, empty hot food containers, empty oatmeal pot, bread looked like it was sat on and...

'Super clean hotel. Very friendly staff! The 24/7 cookies at the front desk were clutch late night! Great location as well 15 minutes or less from just about everywhere we wanted to go.'

'Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed.'

'This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.'
