I didnt get any rest. When I arrived I was sent to a room ,and the bed was on a slant, and there was a dent in the middle of the bed
My husband, and requested another room. Staff switched the room with no issue. We arrived to the new room. Everything appeared fine. We put our things away and went out to get something to eat. Once we came back to the room that evening there was loud banging from the room to the right of us. This was nonstop. It sounded like a fight. Also the guest right above walked hard pacing the floor all night. Ive never ever experienced such noise in a hotel. The only reason i did not say anything that night is because I was fearful of guest retaliation. I called the hotel across the street to move, but they were at capacity.
That morning I thought that I would finally get some rest. Housekeeping was banging around. So the noises never stopped.
We began to get dressed to go out for breakfast. I grabbed the blow dryer for my hair. It was full of lipstick as if someone kissed all over it. So that prompted us to start cleaning. My husband and I rarely get a chance to be alone without our children, or really rest alone, and this was a horrifying and sleepless night, after a work day and traveling. We didn't even stay our full stay because of the disruption
I have voiced my concerns to staff and the GM. I should be compensated for a horrible stay. Im sure Im not the only one who complained. So I am praying that Comfort Suites will make me whole
