'It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room.'

'Smelled room dirty sink clogged extra bed not comfortable coils coming out . They would not switch us to a double bed for even one out of the 2 king rooms we booked . They would refund the 2 nd day stay even though we let them know all these issues at 4 am and checked out at 8 am. '

'The decor is lovely. The staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Note of caution is that any info once you are in the room must be accessed by QR codes. It’s all very modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were perfect.'

'This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.'
