'The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, helpful, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good and 24 hour coffee and tea was great. The only issue was a recent power spike had caused some problems with the card operated doors and the credit card scanners. After fixing a second storm came through and caused the problems to return. But the staff was right on it.'

'When we first checked in and went to our room the towels were damp. Took them to front desk and they said they were removed from the dryer too soon. They got us some warm towels as replacement. The room they gave us, which we booked a room here almost a month prior to our trip to visit our niece and her husband to see their new home in the Pocono’s, was a wheelchair-accessible room which neither one of us needed. The bathroom, the room was bare did not have any counters, so we had to move...

'Everything was wonderful. Kids had a great time and us Adults too. Very awesome place to visit on a yearly basis. I would've liked to have seen some upgrades to the suites. We had the twin bunk, twin bed and queen suite. I forget the exact name of it but it was a tad dated but nothing too crazy to have to bring up to staff but it was lovely just the same. All that matters the most was the amazing time the kids and us had as a family. All the amenities were used to the fullest. Waterpark and...

'Check in was okay but when I got to the room it went downhill shade was broken curtain was ripped off the rod and telephone did not work mind you room was facing parking lot then drove back to the front desk to see if I can switch rooms they told me maintenance has to come to see if they can fix the issue then it took them 45 minutes for them to come they came shade would not come down ripped the curtain off the rod and phone still did not work and they had the nerve to say all fixed went back...
