'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. 'This was our second stay at El Dorado and we will definitely be back again. The staff are incredible and so kind. The food is amazing and there’s so many options. Excursions included were so much fun! Rooms are beautiful and kept clean daily. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone who made my husband’s birthday trip one to remember. '

'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'
