« Parking was secure and location was amazing! Right on the river and close to everything. The walking trail is behind the building. The building itself is worth the trip. Rec room, gym, an art gallery and so many chill out spaces. The flat is so comfortable and clean. Soft blankets, pillows and rugs you can sink your toes in. We loved all the little decorating touches, Go Reds! Also the communication couldn't have been better, such a wonderful owner and experience! »

« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

« Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location.
It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted.
This was supposed to be a trip to get away from household chores, yet I...
