'One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. Was very quiet, even with our room located next to the elevator. The bathroom was large and VERY clean. We reserved it online about 20 minutes before we arrived. The front desk had our reservation, and check-in took less than 5 minutes. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to several friends who travel through that area.'

'We had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn in Redding. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to Interstate 5. It was a great base for visiting local attractions such as Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. There were also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby. 'While the room and front desk area were clean, the outside was not. Went to breakfast around 8am and there wasn't anything to eat. Glad my family and I only stayed one night. Skip this hotel and go somewhere else.'

'This hotel seems more suitable for business travelers than families. The staff never informed us that dinner at the hotel restaurant required a reservation, even though we were staying at the hotel. When we arrived, the staff looked at us as if we weren’t dressed well enough, and they seemed unsure where to seat us. It made us feel like they assumed we couldn’t afford to eat there. Every guest should be treated with respect, regardless of how they are dressed.'

'Nice, clean room. Nice to have the mini fridge, microwave, and patio with chair. At the 3:00 check in, a lady at the front desk said our room wasn't ready. So we sat down in the lobby to wait for her to clear us for a room. We never saw her again, so at 3:30 I waited in line again. A gentleman was able to check us in at that time. 'We arrived late and the night staff was great. I believe their lobby air conditioning was out at the time but the rooms were nice and cold.'

'Reserved a room through Expedia, no problem. Arrived at the location and presented a cc and my ID. The clerk Kate promptly informed me there would be an additional $500 CASH deposit because I lived within 60 minutes of there location. I mentioned the reservation was made through Expedia and a deposit was never mentioned. Kate indicated rudely that management had been trying to change that with no luck. It's obvious Quality doesn't want local business.'

'Chemult is een vreselijk oord. De Budget Inn is oud en niet veel soeps, maar wel schoon. Goed voor een overnachting op doorreis.'

'Room was very muggy as soon as A/C would turn off, mattress was super old and uncomfortable, sheets had stains on them. Found a cockroach in the room by the door. Would not recommend to use this hotel. It was last minute booking on my end, had no where else to go for one night. Lesson learned.'

'Het baliepersoneel was niet vriendelijk. Het bed was heel erg klein. De kamer geboekt voor 2 personen, maar het bed was daar eigenlijk te klein voor. Lekker zwembad, alleen niet al te schoon. Wanneer je aan het zwemmen bent, heb je heerlijk uitzicht over elektischetijds palen. De whirpool was aanwezig, alleen deze was ingebouwd en door de bruine tegels zag het er ook niet uitnodigend uit. Het is een makkelijke accommodatie voor een doorreis. '
