« I was freezing all night, No heat available in unit and not enough warm blankets to substitute for no heat. The Linen was stained and dirty. It was very Noisy with most of the night with other guests being loud late into the Early morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, but I will Not be staying here again. »

« The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that...

« Room was very clean, great view of Ocean Hwy where the cars were cruising. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Look forward to staying here again. »

« If you look for a motel close to the beach, the Crystal Sands Motel is OK. But you have to know that the size of the room is small. It was clean but a refreshment of the furniture would be welcomed. Also, the size of the parking cannot satisfy all the travellers, so we had to park our car in another parking lot, one block away so we feel less secured. And each parking space of the motel is quite narrow. »
