'Loved our stay at River Ridge! Great location, and stunning property. S’mores on the fire pit were a big hit. Close enough to the shops to pop down for anything but far enough away to feel very private and peaceful. Ample accomodation and well appointed kitchen. Lovely deck for the summer. Note there is no A/C in the single beds loft and it’s an open mezzanine, but all worked fine for us. A/C unit in the master was appreciated as that level was pretty warm. Very easy communication with the...

'Large house with everything I needed but the house and property could use some maintenance.'

'We spent the night in Mad River Valley at the 1830 House for a weekend event. The house was clean and cosy and it accommodated all of us. The Wifi worked well and we loved the privacy each of us had in our own rooms. We also appreciated the kitchen (there are two, if you book the whole house - one up and one down!). 'We've stayed multiple times in this property and it's always been great. Beautiful house, landscape, and of course the views. The house is always very clean and well maintained. We look forward to our next stay here.'

'Great house for a family get together! The house was spacious and backyard was perfect for a summer evening by the fire pit. Highly recommend.'

'The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Also nicely located on the water. The owners communicated well and seemed friendly in their messages. Two things would make the property better - bug screens on more windows so they can be left open and light blocking blinds in one of the bedrooms. Main issue is the unfortunate fact the train track is close and I woke up twice from trains passing in the middle of the night.'

'This home was just what we needed to rest our heads while on a long road trip with the family.'

'On our 30th Anniversary trip to Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine we fell in love with Killington, Vermont. So much so we left the coast of Maine and last minute booked our remaining two nights back in Killington at the Poweder Run Lodge. The lodge was a wonderful experience! The location was beautiful, spacious, clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and spectacular views. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We are older and need a continuous running fan and a little softer bed when we...
