« This property was perfect for a quick getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to everything in town, but still felt private. One of my new favorite places to stay! »

« An attractively-decorated cabin with large family and kitchen/dining spaces and comfortable beds. We met the owners, who were quite affable. They worked with us in advance to resolve a pet-related issue. All in all, an excellent, no-frills rental. »

« Cabin was exactly as described, loved the rustic feel, knotty pine interior and stone fireplace. My girlfriend and I along with our dog Ollie loved the property and the area. Jonathan was a great host and fantastic river guide. Will be back next year with a side x side in tow. Great area for hiking, canoeing, bikes and side x sides. »

« My family, four generations shared your cottage and had a wonderful time. After sight-seeing during the day, we sat outside grilling and enjoying the view everyday. The house is close to a park for swimming, the peddle-boat and kayaks were used and enjoyed. It was a very peaceful place. On a separate note, my family was surprised to find everything that we needed; dishes, pots and pans, extra bedding, a charcoal grill, even coffee! »

« Very clean and cute! Owner was friendly and prompt in handling all of our concerns.Recommend to bring a fan or two in summer: the upstairs rooms were not air conditioned. Kitchen spices seemed a little old and pepper was not provided. Water pump doesnt keep up with a long shower and my teen-age daughter was taking a shower when the water stopped suddenly. « We had a fantastic time, with so much to do outdoors, our 5 boys had no problem falling asleep completely exhausted at the end of the day. It’s a mix between “Glamping” and “camping” the cabin was super cute. Has a full fridge and microwave, with an outdoor grill. There’s no toilets or running water in the cabin, but the main lodge has showers and toilets and a full kitchen to use, and the cabin is like 50 feet from it. We had a blast and the kids have asked to come back here every year from now...

« You might want to do more research before you book here. FYI this cabin does not have a bathroom. It is situated on an old Boy Scout Camp, and the bathroom facility is in the main lodge of the camp. There is a cabin within just a couple feet of this one, so there isn’t any privacy. The manager was kind, and since our stay did not match the description of the property, he did work with us to make it right. »
