« We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. « Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful!
