'Inchecken verschrikkelijk duurde 2 uur ivm elektriciteit problemen '

'FI’m in net en rustig hotel net buiten de stad. 10 minuutjes lopen van het metrostation. '

'We didn't get the room we booked. It was not available. Oscar at the FD did the best he could to give us another room. The room had a tub which made it difficult for my husband to shower but we made it work. Would have appreciated a call beforehand though so I could search for another hotel. Now everything was fully booked.'

'The mattresses and pillows are horrible need to be replaced. The receptionist did not inform us that they clean the room every other day so we had no clean towels for the next day. 'Room is larger than any of the 3 star room in Boston. Staff was helpful with transportation recommendations. It costs a bit to uber back into Boston but there’s public transportation very close by and usual in time.'

'Everything was great the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean'

'Very friendly staff and good rooms. Perfect location near red, orange and green subway lines and lots of places to eat in nearby chinatown. Recommended!'

'Mooi hotel.
