'I want to start this off by saying I stayed here in 2024 with a group of friends and we all loved it. That is why we booked this trip for my birthday. Upon arriving to the resort we were greeted by staff. We booked an Elite Master Suite. Nothing about the stay was elite. We had a hard time booking reservations for the restaurants there.
