Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel is very outdated, public area washrooms were not in working conditions, the showers on beach area exist were not working, guests were stepping in pools to wash the sand off. The pool filled with sand. The a-la-carte restaurant had poor service and the food wasn’t even close to taste of the menu. For example: at Indian restaurant was serving rissotto ! That was basically thick as rice pudding. Very sad! By pool area, i was literally chasing down some service for pool side bar service . I spent my holiday walking to get my own drinks. Considering I paid premium price for Christmas holidays, and considering its an adult’s only, it was mediocre! I absolutely do no recommend this Royalton Chic to anyone. It’s a waste of money. I spent $11,000 for 3 adults, 5 day stay. And was very disappointing hotel. Even I had concierge personal service throughout my stay. My concierge name was Johnny Solano, and did a good job in booking my dinner and spa reservations, and brought me a hot water kettle for my night tea time. Thank you Johnny for your services and care. But Royalton Chic hotel was not an organized or good service hotel.
