'I don't like being checked in at a Kiosk w/ someone on a video screen and no actual worker present. I was first given a room on a floor that had new painting going on but didn't realize until I put my hand on my rooms freshly painted door, When I complained there was no urgency to help me remove oil based paint from my hand, was given different room (non-smoking) that when I went in smelled like an ashtray and had burn holes on the bedspread.
