« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily. »

« Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back »

« We needed to switch rooms upon arrival as the door would not lock properly and parts of the room had not been dusted and cleaned in a long time. The room we moved to was also had “dusting” issues as well as issues with the air conditioning. Our room stayed at about 75 the entire time. The 2nd shift front desk lady named Bridget was outstanding! She came to our room and got maintenance on the phone around 10 pm to address the air conditioning issue.
