« Rooms were clean, but the hallways could use some work. The beds are very very firm though which was killing my body. I had little interaction with staff, but they were courteous when I did. The inside pool was freezing so the kids could not swim which was a bummer because that is what they love the most when staying at hotels. Breakfast was okay. I wish they had whole wheat, fresh fruit, or plain oatmeal options as those are diabetic friendly. I did at least get some eggs so that was better...

« Stayed in room 312. Super clean. Not a fancy place, but very clean, beg was very comfortable and place was quiet. Would definitely stay again. »

« tape around the AC heating unit.The smell in our room,No elevator on the premises.Bath tub looked chipped in areas.This hotel needs a make over!!! »

« Very beautiful area and great staff. We booked "the LODGE" thru Expedia and when we checked in they sent us to some other rooms not inside the Lodge.(apparently overbooked)...these rooms were sad...no fridge...no cleaning service...walk up a large hill...very old and disappointing. The Lodge was much nicer...(where we thought we were going) and the amenities were good. We made the most out of it but sadly they would need to invest more into the property before I sign up again for another...

« The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures »

« We pulled up and were so disappointed in the physical appearance and that the room entrances were outside we didn't stay. I asked for a refund and the staff denied me for a refund. So, it was so bad that I was willing to not stay there even though they required me to pay for it. »

« We stayed in the windrose area and parking near our unit was not available however it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Just a note that it is open to the public. We stayed in an older unit that was okay. The addition of pools and bars since our last visit was nice to see! Steak Tacos at Landsharks were great! »
