« Fabulous traditional country hotel with excellent accommodation and top notch food options. Very convenient if you're intending to walk to Flatford Mill where the Haywain was painted - it's a 45 minute walk alongside the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even managed to find me the right sized Alan key to unscrew my camera's battery compartment! Very Highly Recommended »

« This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna.
