Woonboten in Mersea Island

'Very comfortable bed'

'Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island. '

'Beautiful location. Pity we were only there fir one night'

'We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!'

'When I arrived, there was nobody at reception. I went and looker for someone to help me check in. I was referred to the computers in the lobby. However, I wasn’t able to check in via that method. I went back to the staff and then they finally helped me. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and thus wasn’t able to check in via the computers. Thankfully after that, everything went better. They were very helpful in helping us find parking and the stay itself was good. The staff was very friendly...

'Zeer proper, mooie kamers, excellente service, gratis wifi, ongelofelijke locatie! zeer lekker ontbijt.

'A large suite with separate bedroom and bathroom, both of a very generous size. This was offered as an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Staff most attentive and food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended.'

'Old style hotel met authentieke details.

'Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room.'

'Great bed and excellent service. Worth booking'
