'Outstanding! A wonderful boutique hotel, right in the heart of the historic district. Located right across the pedestrian street from the Piazza del Campo, it is surprisingly quiet, even during the Palio festivities. Katia is a delightful host, and was helpful in every way. She is an excellent communicator. It is a very discrete entrance -- see photo -- look for the small "35" on the building. Highly recommend! '

'Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. '

'Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld. Hotel is een 800 jaar oud herenhuis. Prima gerenoveerd, alleen de buren zijn goed hoorbaar en het sanitair veroorzaakt erg luide geluiden. Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, ook niet in de nabije omgeving. Ze offeren wel een "alternatief" ontbijt aan maar dat is zeker niet wat je in een gastronomisch land als italie mag verwachten.'

'Room was exactly as described. The view was breathe-taking. Too narrow a window for check-in (2-4)pm, especially when arriving by train and trying to find the ever elusive taxis in Siena. There are 3 flights of stairs to handle and no elevator, but this is typical for older hotels in Italy. WiFi would have been nice.'
