'Goed hotel. Wel wat lawaai als je een kamer hebt aan de kant van de snelweg! 2 restaurants naast het hotel en supermarkt vlakbij.'

'Traveling with 2 small dogs visiting for Christmas in the area, very convenient building. Able to pull up outside room to unload through patio door, also very convenient access to take dogs out for the bathroom. Towels and bed linens were great quality, bed was comfortable, not as fancy as some but would definitely return next time we visit. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Heating was noisy and very dry air. When you turned it of it was too cold in the room within one hour. Restaurant next door quit and when I asked the desk where I can find a restaurant she send me to a gasstation. Never go there again.'

'Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,'
