'Room was clean, nicely designed and staff were great!'

'Nice, modern apartment/suite in an up and coming neighborhood. Clean and comfortable with great food options nearby. Couple of small details could be fixed - for instance, there is an in-room Nespresso machine but the coffee mugs provided are too tall for the machine. The room could also use some tissue/kleenex - thought there were paper towels. All in all, a very nice place and we would stay at the Laundry Rooms again.'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Right off main highway. We went to a huge concert and walked down main street to it vs fight for parkibg etc. It was a 2km, 30 min walk but well lit and busy. '

'Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.'

'It was nice! Although the exterior looked a bit outdated, inside is a beautiful modern hotel with everything you need. Great beds! '

'The AC/Heater was not working properly. In heat mode, it overshoot the temperature you set (was 72°F and I increased it to 73°F), it went as high as 80°F during the night. Then in cool mode, it overshoot the temperature and was as low as 66 °F when I woke up in the morning. Otherwise, it was an excellent low-budget 2-stars motel with few amenities.'

'Redelijk basis hotel geen franje maar wel goed. Ontbijt is heel basis. Kamers en bedden zijn prima. Op loop afstand van een walking trail langs Lake Ontario. Aan de andere kant van de snelweg is een grote supermarkt.'

'Heating was noisy and very dry air. When you turned it of it was too cold in the room within one hour. Restaurant next door quit and when I asked the desk where I can find a restaurant she send me to a gasstation. Never go there again.'

'Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent - lots of space, nice lake view. Amenities are also excellent - gym, pool, restaurant and cafe all great to check out. Will definitely stay here again!'
