'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'Check in was supposed to be 2, a room wasn’t ready for us until 4:50. At 4:10 staff advised room would be 5 more minutes.. ended up being 40 mins later. Breakfast time ended too early. We were in town for the monster truck event, late check in affected the whole evening. We had to squeeze in dinner, to try not to be late for the show. Waiting for that long with 2 small children is a huge inconvenience. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...
