'Main adult pool was covered in scum, had one elevator which bounced with loading / unloading. Our room a/c was awful two vents pointing straight down with poor flow, lamp was broken, door required a ridiculous amount of effort to open/ close/ metal box springs squeak, the tub would not turn off completely, no privacy from balcony. Location is great and Tortugas is amazing! Staff was hit or miss definitely not overly attentive. We were on 15 th floor and had a studio which was spacious...
