'This property is absolutely breathtaking, I’m sure I took atleast 50 pictures or the view from the bedroom alone. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming and were quick to answer with any questions we had. This was our last stop on our elopement/honeymoon in Maui and it was the perfect relaxing and quiet end to it. We would love to come back again someday soon.'

'Lovely little cottage, full of attentive details, complete and clean, good beds, nice lanai, with a backyard door to Baked on Maui for great coffee and the best cake on the Island. All the surfboards as a gate gave a holiday feeling. The grapefruit tree gave fruit. In the morning sunshine on the back lanai. Lovely evenings on the front porch. We had beautiful weather, but the house was cool by opening windows and using fans. Big piles of towels. Beach chairs. Complete kitchen with a big fridge...

'John is friendly, giving host with a beautiful organic farm. We tasted delicious fruit like avocado's and banana's. The cottage was nice and clean. The beds and mattresses slept good, we took the opportunity to sleep in the porch. We used the cottage to explore the whole island visting places like Hana, Makena, Kapalua and Haleakalā. In the central space surf and snorkeling gear was available to borrow. We had a great time. Our kids could play in the garden and even help cutting a banana tree....

'We really enjoyed at the property had several different fruit trees on property and the owner allows you to pick the right ones and use. We had fresh lemonade, orange juice, and even some Coca-Cola while we’re there. They even had coffee beans available that we used to grind up for our morning coffee. Everything everything‘s so fresh was really interesting. Compared to other states we have done. Location was excellent being so close to the state park and the national park just passed Hana. It...

'Reservations was very easy, with no problems. Check-in was just as easy and secure. Very quiet and beautiful. It had A/C and wifi. Kitchen was clean but only dishes for one maybe two. I didn't really use the kitchen because i was gone during the day. But it did have an apartment size refrigerator. Only TV in the bedroom. TV didnt work but that wasn't too bad as i was gone. I would definitely recommend it for couples or singles.'

'The cottage was perfect for a couple. Kitchen was stocked with useful items to allow cooking and eating on site. Sydney was a great host and communicated with us through the tsunami scare in August 2025. She was even gracious enough to let us have additional family members over during the evacuation, as they were staying at a resort on the coast. The land is lovely, and the story of how she and her husband have rehabilitated it into what it is today is inspiring. Our only minor gripes were...

'A nice, quiet place to stay that had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy. Enjoyed the small towns around the area, such as Paia and Makawao. Jaws just down the hill was a great place for coffee, various food, and wood fired pizza.'
