« This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....

« Lovely people restful view, great tour of wild ponies, and got to see many dolphin groups, some close enough I could have touched. The management/owners are wonderful and I managed to be able to see directly from my cottage the waterview and a little piece of sandy beach of my own in front. Get away from the mob and relax here. I hope to come back next year!! »

« I had originally rented the place for Fourth of July. Very last minute as our rental home was booked.. even more last minute ours canceled and Josie was gracious enough to allow our friends to stay there in lieu of us. I thought that was so kind of her to allow us to do that. I was told they thought it was very nice. Best of luck to you in the future. »

« The house was wonderful. We dont travel often because I am super nervous about accommodations being clean. This house was exceptionally clean. I was very pleased. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen for our week long stay. We loved that there was beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. Beds were comfortable. We saw some horses in the yard but over all we only saw about 10 the entire week. We were hoping the baby turtles were going to make their appearance while we were there but...
