Hostels in Adirondack Region

'Our stay in the resort's Waterfront collection was great! The Junior suite was literally on the water with beautiful views. It's a large room with gas fireplace, jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks and a comfortable king bed. Nearby Black Bear restaurant on Main St. was a favorite, with only a two minute walk for great food. We didn't have the chance to use their kayaks or paddleboats, but did take advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool in the Lake House for post-hikes recovery. This was...

'Stunning and perfect! Worth every minute and penny!'

'Perfecte lijstje, mooie ruime kamer met een goed bed, een mooi uitzicht en prima koffie. Lekker balkon als ik een minpuntje zou bedenken mis ik een klein tafeltje op het balkon. '

'From as soon as we arrived I was in heaven. Beautiful fall getaway it was for my husband and I. I loved the amenities including pool, jacuzzi, fireplaces, fire pit and smores provided. We ate right on the property and enjoyed every minute. We drove 1 hour into Lake placid everyday and hiked Mt. Jo and visited Whiteface mountain. We will be back!'

'Leuk hotel met bijzondere inrichting. '

'We stayed in a stand alone cottage...... no staff on site. Check in is by text. I didn't realized we had a cottage...... steep stairway with somewhat dirty carpet. NO bathroom upstairs so my husband slept on the sofa bed as stairs are difficult for him. Beautiful view and great access for putting kyacks in the water. Nicely decorated with a full fridge and cooktop and needed cookware. Nice beds upstairs....close to town.'

'The room was clean, and the location was great. But there is no one in the reception, and no one was reachable by calling the contact number posted on the office door. If you booked on a third-party website, you are in trouble. I tried every way to contact the hotel but failed. Then contacted Expedia; they were able to get in contact with them. Finally, I was able to get check-in information after waiting outside for almost 2 hours.'

'Nice staff. Wonderful pool. Clean rooms. 5min walk to the center. And great views!'
