'The team reported that the entire space was clean and as advertised. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Accessing the property was easy and the parking was convenient. '

'Decent home for the price. Communications with the host was mid. They only had 2 towels, we did end up bringing 2 from our hotel in NYC so there should be 4 now. Bathroom tub doesn’t drain well at all. The main kitchen light didn’t work, but there is some lighting to help. We didn’t figure out the heat system until our last night, just make sure all the units are at the same setting or it will not work. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay there again. '

'Pros: nice property. Walkable to food/drink. Convenient location.Cons: steep stairs to 2nd floor. Some items needed attention, property manager advised and offered immediate fix but we said we could cope until checkout. Pretty strict checkout rules. '

'The property is not welcoming. It is barebones accommodation in in inhospitable location. It is only good at a stop on a way somewhere else.'

'Very clean, great shower, and excellent location for walking to the Albany Institute of Art and History and MVP arena. '

'Gas leak prevented me form getting to the apartment. Totally obvious they knew, probably wont use them again. Cost me 200 extra to make other accommodations literally last minute. '

'I was in town working at the hospital and this was a perfect place to stay! It was clean and super convenient. I was nervous about one of the prior comments but I found it to be completely untrue. The property was clean and the host was super available and helpful. It’s not crazy luxurious and it is an old house, but it was great value for the price and exactly what I was looking for. I will be recommending to coworkers in the area.Thanks for having me!'
