« The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket. »

« Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. »

« The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. « The parking lot and outside areas were well kept. The check in prices was slow due to malfunctioning electronics. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet lid and in the shower as well as what appeared to be a blood clot on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this establishment. »
