« Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. « I am very unhappy with the experience I had staying here, everything seemed perfectly normal until I noticed the soap dispenser was completely broken off the wall. Secondly, found a total of 3-4 small roaches on the floor, bed was completely fine. When I asked the staff about getting another room or refund, they told me no refunds and that there were no other rooms available, which I find very hard to believe considering the lack of cars on the premises... Definitely recommend spending a few...
