'The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return. '

'I give this location 2 stars. The GM was very rude when I politely asked if we could check in early. Not the standard, I’m sorry but your room isn’t available yet. Just a brush off like he couldn’t be bothered. Booked through Expedia, the hotel charged me 5.99 for “Data Service” after the trip, but no mention when I checked in.'

'Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly...

'The staffs grandmother was exceptionally rude and I caught the staff looking through the vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also my wife and I were experiencing some car trouble and we called to let them know we were running a little late that we were planning on staying I just had to get the car to fixed and we would be on the way. The staff charged us a late fee even though we had planned on staying. We paid the late fee and got our belongings and got a room somewhere else due to...
