'We absolutely loved our stay on Smith island in this adorable cottage. Laura the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The cottage was clean, well stocked (which is important for this type of unique experience) and decorated very cute. The local people were very friendly and we enjoyed the scenery of the island. We will definitely be back!'

'The location and the view were amazing! Such an abundance of wildlife! Deer, heard a fox, and the birds! Heron, ducks, geese, bluebirds, eagles- and as we were leaving found the eagle nest, next to the house as they came screeching in. Beautiful dark sky for star gazing. The house is good, beds comfy, had all the amenities and supplies. Struggled a bit with the wall heaters ended up using the portable heaters. It was a cold weekend. 'House is as advertised. Fireplace was not functioning. Property manager entered the wrong code for our entry. I feel like the cleaning fee is a bit high. Setting is gorgeous! Fire pit needs clean out and the grill needs cleaning/refurbishingz'
