'Nicely renovated bank building from a bygone era. Rooms are clustered down each hall. Rooms are little small but nicely laid out. It would be better if the tubs were equipped with shower doors versus a curtain. Toiletries were very nice. Great location to Russian River Brewing Co. lots of eateries within walking distance. Did not park there. It might be difficult. Nice Continental breakfast was complimentary. Would stay there again.'

'The check in process was a nightmare! The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to come back twice for the room and finally at 3:20pm it was ready.'

'Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean, I didn't have breakfast but my daughter and husband had breakfast they've enjoyed it. We stayed in a different hotels every week since May 2026, this was the best hotel out of all. The bedding smells good. I wish I can stay more but I need to go back to work.'

'Ice machines did not work and the reception staffer pretended someone had just used up the ice from two machines rather than admitting they did not work. Also, their rooms have no coffee-maker, fridge or microwave; amenities that are usually available, even at economy motels.'

'The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC.'

'This place was sketchy, first thing the day we arrive cleaning our car out, another guest downstairs by our cartells me to be aware of my bikes cause his E bike was just stolen. He thinks it was stolen by some guys who seem to know people who work there. A little later I see two guys riding three bikes on the property and they stop and talk to some guy who seems to work there and then the spare bike disappears. Anyway the officer shows up and gggwarns me the area is rough neighborhood to...

'Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!'
