'Exceptionally helpful staff. Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items. '
