'A wonderful place to stay in Genova - the owner Luca was very nice, the rooms were extremely beautiful and very clean. The location was much better than expected (in the bottom of Via XX Settembre, a short walking distance to the old town etc). We highly recommend this place!'

'Spotelssly clean shared facilitiea. Decent shower and very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets. Franceaco is a great host happy to help with carrying luggage up to the appartment which is on the fourth floor. His cat is very friendly and even though no air conditioning big windows to open and Franceaco provided a fan. Kettle and fridge avaiable if required. Coffee and ice cream shops just below appartment fantastic!'

'Résidence hôtelière très agréable et très pratique. Dans la chambre très propre l'on a tout pour un séjour, avec possibilité de faire la cuisine, donc le petit déjeuner et le diner. Situé en plein centre de la Ligurie du Ponant, c'est le point de départ idéal pour visiter les sites touristiques. Les personnels sont aux petits soins mais peu présents, à contacter la plupart du temps par téléphone, sauf le jour de notre arrivée. En résumé, une excellente étape parfaitement située, avec des hôtes...

'Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going.'
